Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire. The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future:
Choice TV, BBC VOD, E! Entertainment, Fox Movie Channel, Game Show Network, Great American Country, NHL Network, iLife TV, NBA TV, Style, Shop NBC, Lifetime, The Weather Channel.
In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:
Effective 8/4/09, Lo Mejor On Demand will be added to Digital Cable in the City of Buffalo on chl. 282. Effective 8/4/09, Big Ten Network HD On Demand will be added to the Digital Cable Sports Tier on chl. 912.
The services listed below cannot be accessed on CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable Products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable equipment.

Effective 8/25/09 - American Life TV, BBC America, BET Jazz, Biography, Boomerang, Bridges TV, CBS College Sports, CNBC World, Current TV, Daystar, Disney XD, Do It Yourself, Encore, Encore Action, Encore Drama, Encore Love, Encore Mysteries, Encore WAM, Encore Westerns, ESPN HD, ESPN 2 HD, ESPNU HD, Fine Living, Fit TV, Fox Business Network, Fox College Sports Atlantic, Fox College Sports Central, Fox College Sports Pacific, Fox Movie Channel, Fox Reality, Fox Soccer, Fuel, Fuse, G4, Gospel Music, Great American Country, History International, IFC, iLife TV, Lifetime Movie Network, Logo, National Geographic, NBA TV, NBC Universal Sports, NHL Network, Nick 2, Noggin, Outdoor Channel, Reelz, Time Warner Cable Special Events HD, SoapNet, Speed, Sprout, Sundance, Tennis Channel, Military Channel, The N, The Word, TV One, Universal HD, VH1 Soul, Women’s Entertainment.
You may downgrade or terminate service without charge at any time. Further, if carriage of a premium channel is discontinued and you have incurred installation, upgrade or other one-time charges relating to such premium service within six months prior to the date of the change, you may elect to downgrade or terminate service within 30 days and obtain a rebate of any such charge.
Business Class Phone Customers
For purposes of calculating the amount of New York State and local sales tax due, 21.39% of the charge for the phone service is attributable to interstate/international activity.
