An administrator for your account must first set up access, then create additional online users, and assign privileges to those users.
To set up your initial administrative account:
- Your account administrator should visit http://bcphone.twcbc.com and click on the “Register” link on the top right
- Enter the primary telephone number and account number which is located on your invoice. Please Note: You will need to have received your first Time Warner Cable Business Class monthly invoice in order to register for your online account.

- Upon confirming the entry, the administrator will be taken to another screen to select a login ID and password, and enter other information such as name, e-mail address, and password security information.
- Once the registration process is completed, the administrator must click “Finish”, and will receive a confirmation on the screen of a successful registration.
