Secure Access

• Customers are provided with a secure key code and individually-identifiable swipe card access to data center facility. Key codes and cards are assigned to each individual needing access to the facility. Codes and cards are individual and not to be shared among customer employees to ensure security within the data center.
• In the event a code or card is lost customer agrees to notify Time Warner immediately for access removal. Individuals receiving key codes and access cards are permitted access solely for customer owned equipment maintenance or installation.
• Time Warner monitors all entry/exit via redundant security systems and DNOC two-way audio/video monitoring. Time Warner Cable of New England insures all facilities and all contents within, including the Time Warner Cable Portland Data Center.
