Bill Tyson

Bill has 16 years of experience in the communications industry with expertise in customer service, market development, system integration and financial and regulatory compliance.  Before joining Time Warner Cable, Bill was Vice President/Principal with The Management Network Group, a consultant firm for major telecommunications carriers.  Bill has also held positions with several leading corporations, including Teligent and MCI.  At both companies, he was instrumental in the development and implementation of critical systems and procedures to elevate the customer experience.
