Without a doubt, the highlight of Joe's career was the launch of Road Runner in 1999. "It was the beginning of an exciting new era for us," says Joe who saw our company emerge from a cable TV supplier to a telecommunications giant offering customers leading edge services. Expectations were very high and Joe knew that we had to "deploy a service that was without snags because anything less than perfect operation would be unacceptable." Since then, we've introduced Road Runner Wireless, increased Internet speed and launched Time Warner Cable Business Class for small to medium-sized businesses. Now with Digital Phone under his jurisdiction, the sky's the limit. 

This native New Yorker claims both the prestigious Stuyvesant High School and New York University (B.S. in Accounting and M.B.A. in Management) as his alma maters. His easy going manner and unique laugh belie a fierce determination and focus.
