Ken Fitzpatrick Regional President, Commercial Services
Ken Fitzpatrick is Regional President - Commercial Services for Time Warner Cable Business Class in the New York City region. Mr. Fitzpatrick is responsible for all activities related to providing voice, video and data to business customers throughout Time Warner Cable’s NYC Region.
A 20+ year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Time Warner Cable in March of 2002. Previously, he served as President of Teligent, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in fourteen eastern states. In this role he was accountable for sales, customer service, network operations, central office and technical support. Prior to that, Fitzpatrick served as National Vice President of Network Deployment and was part of the original management team that launched Teligent Communications, Inc in 1997.
In 1993, Fitzpatrick joined MFS Intelenet as the Director of the Northern New England Region. MFS Intelenet was the first communications company to offer an integrated package of facilities-based local and long distance and customer equipment services for small and medium-sized businesses. He also held management positions at Frontier Communications - formerly known as Allnet, Winstar, and Lanier Worldwide, a distributor of voice communications equipment.
Mr. Fitzpatrick currently serves as co-chairman of the CTAM Business Services Council and has received several prestigious industry awards for his significant contribution to the advancement of Business Services in the Cable industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in management from Syracuse University.
