Ken Fitzpatrick President, Business Services - East Region
Ken Fitzpatrick is President of Business Services for Time Warner Cable’s East Region, which consists of the Carolinas, the Northeast, New York City and New Jersey. Ken is responsible for the overall Business Services organization for the East Region.
Previously, Ken was the President of Business Services for the New York City Region, responsible for Sales and Marketing, Customer Support and Technical Operations for Time Warner Cable Business Class. Ken and his team provided data, voice, video and security products to businesses in the New York City Metropolitan area.
A 25 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Mr. Fitzpatrick joined Time Warner Cable in March of 2002. Prior to his appointment as President, Business Services for New York City, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Senior Vice President of Business Services for Time Warner Cable’s corporate offices. In this capacity, Fitzpatrick managed national sales, marketing and product development for Time Warner Cable’s business solutions.
Previously, he served as President of Teligent, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in fourteen eastern states. In this role he was accountable for sales, customer service, network operations, central office and technical support. Prior to that, Fitzpatrick served as National Vice President of Network Deployment and was part of the original management team that launched Teligent Communications, Inc. in 1997.
Ken is a former chairman of the CTAM Business Services Council and was a winner of the 2004 TAMI Award for his significant contribution to the advancement of commercial services in the cable industry. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Business Council of New York State.
Mr. Fitzpatrick received a B.A. in management from Syracuse University.
