Director, Hospitality & Educational Services
Kimberly Kakerbeck is a Director of Business Services at Time Warner Cable of New York & New Jersey. She currently oversees the hotel and educational divisions.
Kimberly joined Time Warner Cable in 1995 and was promoted to Manager, Business Services, then promoted to Director in 2001. Her current responsibilities include development of products and services for the division; marketing; sales; and customer support.
In her position, she helped implement the industry's first networked video-on-demand system – bringing this service to over 6,000 hotel rooms; launched high-speed Internet service to hotel/dorm rooms; and, currently, is responsible for launching a new digital system which includes HD programming and Video On Demand for the hotel marketplace. This system will be available to all of Time Warner Cable’s divisions across the country.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, she held positions at Liberty Cable in NYC (now RCN), AlphaNet Telecom based in Toronto, Canada and Ernst & Young in NYC.
She received a B.A. from Temple University’s School of Communications and Theater, in the Radio-TV-Film program.
