Your Time Warner Cable Business Class email address was provided at the time you were installed, and can be found on your work order or the documentation that was provided to you at that time. The email that is sent with your licence key and instructions for downloading EZ armor will be sent to your Raod Runner email address, so you will need your password and select "Change/ Password" at the bottom of the page. From there you can reset your password. If you still need assistance after performing these steps, call your local cable division.
