Emergency Alert System Test
On November 9th at 2 p.m. EST, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will conduct the first nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS).
The nationwide test will last approximately 30 seconds. Time Warner Cable Business Class customers should plan their Cable TV viewing and recording options accordingly.
