There is no roaming available off the 4G network.  Domestic Roaming is available if you have the dual mode plan when you are roaming off the 3G network. If you choose to connect to the roaming network, you will be charged a per MB rate for each MB you use (rate is subject to change).  You can also view 3G Roaming using the Interactive Coverage Map
