How do I configure an email account in Windows 2003?

Outlook 2002 - WIN - Configure

1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
2. From the Options window, select the Mail Setup tab.
3. Click the E-mail Accounts... button
4. Choose the Add a new e-mail account option and click the Next button.
5. Select the POP3 radio button and click the Next button.
6. In the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, enter the following information:
    
• User Information
1. Enter your name as you wish it to appear in the Your Name field.
2. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail Address field.
    
• Server Information
  
1. Enter pop.biz.rr.com in the Incoming Mail Server (POP3) field.
2. Enter smtp.biz.rr.com in the Outgoing Mail Server (POP3) field.

• Logon Information

1. Enter your user name in the User Name field.
2. Enter your password in the Password field.

5.     Click the Test Account Settings... button to verify the information you entered is correct.
6.     Click the Close button.
7.     Click the Next button, then click the Finish button.
