How do I reset my password?

If you need to re-set your password, go to http://myaccount.twcbc.com and log into Voice Manager.  To re-set your password, select My Profile from the top of the page. Next, click the Change Password link next to the “Password” field to expand the screen. In the fields provided, enter the new password, then re-enter it, in the spaces provided. When you change your password, you will need to answer your Security Questions and Answers to verify your identity. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page for the change to take effect.

 

NOTE: Administrators cannot re-set My Profile information for other users.
