Where can I view my call detail?

To ease management and administration of your Business Class Phone account, Time Warner Cable Business Class has made all of your account’s telephone usage details viewable online, including the time, duration and cost of each call made from every phone number on your account.

Only chargeable calls will be shown unless your company has subscribed to account codes. For account code customers, the call detail (originating number, terminating number, total time of call) for all calls (including local) is displayed but shows a $0 amount.

Important: Only call detail records and their associated charges for Business Class Phone are viewable online. Taxes, surcharges, and fees for other Time Warner Cable Business Class services are available on your monthly paper invoice.
