- Three-Way Call Transfer - Allows a user to add a third party to an existing two party call. Call originator can hang up and the remaining 2 parties may remain on a call.

- Anonymous Call Reject - Blocks unwanted calls from callers who restrict sending caller ID information.

- Hunting - Allows sharing of a group of lines by many individual stations for incoming calls.

- Speed Dial - Allows for one-digit dialing to frequently dialed numbers.

- Non-verified Account Codes - Allows customers to assign codes to charge calls to user projects, department, or other special accounts.

- Block Inbound Calls - Places restrictions on receiving inbound calls. Line will allow outbound calls only.

- Call Forward/Cancel Call Forward - Allows all calls to be forwarded to/restored from a specified telephone number.

- Block Outbound Calls - Places restrictions on making outbound calls. Line will allow inbound calls only.

- Call Waiting - Alerts the user of another incoming call with a special tone.

- Operator Assistance* - Provides specialized assistance in placing calls or call interruption in case of emergency

- Caller ID - Displays the name and telephone number of calling party.

- Directory Assistance* - Allows a user to dial 411 for directory information

- Call Waiting ID - Displays the name and telephone number of the incoming call, while one call is already in progress.

- Business Voice Mail** - Voice messaging for each subscriber line.

- Caller ID Blocking/Unblocking – Blocks/restores the delivery of the subscriber’s name and telephone number when a call is placed.
