Enterprise Plus Package

Designed for the business who needs Internet connectivity and has a well developed Internet brand identity. A typical Oceanic Time Warner Business Class Enterprise Plus Package business would generally have 1 to 25 users who venture far beyond browsing the Internet and emailing. This business has their own in-house public servers and services such as Email, Web, FTP, and is either developing or providing Internet related services or is running an e-commerce web site.

 

Features:


  • Bandwidth: Up to 7,000Kbps Down/2,000Kbps Up
  • Dynamic IP: One included. Each additional IP is $9.95 per month with a maximum set at 8 IPs total. Additional Dynamic IP cannot be combined with Static IP per modem.
  • Static IP: 29 included. Sold in an increment of 61 with a Maximum of 61 Static IPs. Pricing is as follows: 61 IPs = $70 Monthly / $50 Setup. Additional Dynamic IP cannot be combined with Static IP per modem.
  • Dial Access: Five included. Sold in packs of 5 with a Maximum of 19 additional packs (95 total accounts). $5 monthly fee per additional 5 accounts, no setup fee per transaction. The customer is responsible for providing their own telephone modem, downloading client software and any setup necessary to use this service. Available upon request.
  • Domain Name Service: Two included. $5 per month and $25 setup for each additional Domain Name. Maximum of 99 Domain Names.
  • Domain Specific Email: 40 included. Sold in packs of 5 with a Maximum of 192 additional packs (990 total emails). $15 monthly fee per additional 5 addresses and $10 setup fee per transaction.
  • Web Hosting Space: 750 MB included. Please inquire for additional space requirements.
  • Smart Drive: 1 GB included. Please inquire for additional space requirements. 
  • Local Support: Provides dedicated, locally staffed telephone tech support 24x7 (holiday hours may vary).
  • National Support via Phone/Chat: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Availability:

  • The Business Package is subject to availability. Many commercial buildings have never been "wired" for cable television so Oceanic Time Warner Business Class services may not be available to your company even if you're in an upgraded service area. We are continuing to upgrade commercial buildings on Oahu for Oceanic Time Warner Business Class service. Neighbor Islands should contact their local Oceanic Time Warner Cable office for Oceanic Time Warner Business Class availability.

Restrictions:

  • Oceanic will not install the Oceanic Time Warner Business Class service on a computer operating in a dual network interface card (NIC) environment.
  • Dual network interface card (NIC) configurations will void all computer/software related tech support. Oceanic shall limit support to only modem RF related problems where the user added a second NIC AFTER The Enterprise Plus Package was installed.
  • Dedicated, local tech support is limited to RF signal related problems with the cable modem. The proper operation of the customer's LAN beyond the cable modem, such as a Proxy Server, Firewall, and/or Cable/DSL CPE router is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the customer's integrator.
  • Oceanic Time Warner Cable and Oceanic Time Warner Business Class are not responsible for the security of the customer's LAN.
  • Technical support is provided for Oceanic Time Warner Business Class provided software. Third-party software is NOT supported.
