Charles Tompkins

Director, Network Engineering

Charles manages the Operations and Engineering functions for the Business Services department of Time Warner Cable, Liberty Division.  In this role he oversees the engineering and deployment of commercial products in the Mid-Hudson Valley area including video, data, voice, and fiber-based solutions and ensures technical support for existing customers.
 
Charles possesses a Bachelor of Engineering degree from City College. He has 15 years of experience in the cable television industry.
