James An

Vice President, High Speed Data, Digital Phone & Business Services                        

James An is Vice President of Customer Operations and Business Development for Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey’s Business Services department. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of the residential High Speed Data and Digital Phone lines of business, where he made his mark as a member of the original launch team for Road Runner High Speed Online Services in September of 1999. Since that time, Road Runner has grown to an astounding 1 million customers and counting.

James joined the company in 1999 and has steadily risen through the ranks, adding additional responsibilities along the way, including Time Warner Cable’s Digital Phone service. Most recently, James was asked to oversee the operations for the NYC region’s commercial services where he is responsible for Customer Care, Technical Support, Sales Support, and back office operations for all commercial voice, video, and data customers. He also oversees the development and deployment of new commercial services.
