James Hickey

Director, Private Networks

As Director of Private Networks, Business Services, Jim is responsible for all of the fiber opportunities for the commercial sector of Time Warner Cable of New York. These services encompass our entire product line of ethernet, optical and video circuits.

Jim started at TWC as a salesperson in Business Services in 2002, selling all of the video and data services to the commercial marketplace.

Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Jim had worked for nearly 30 years in the telecommunications industry, primarily in the financial services marketplace in the New York metro area.
