Keith Vivona

Director, Technical Services

As Director of Operations, Business Services for Time Warner Cable of New York & New Jersey, Keith is responsible for the technical operations of the department, including the management of service, support, and survey and design areas for all video, high-speed data, and Metro Ethernet customers.

Keith most recently served as Operations manager for hotels within the Business Services department.  In that capacity, he was responsible for the management and maintenance of hotel products and systems.  Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Keith served as a computer network consultant for RSM McGladrey, Inc.

He received an MBA and M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. Prior to that, he graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Business and concentration in Computer Science.
